Scope: We will provide updates on actions (Dividend, Bonus, Rights, Split, and IPO) for companies listed or going to list on the NSE and BSE. Refer to the filtering criteria mentioned below.

For Dividends: We will provide coverage of all dividend announcements within 7 days. However, if the number of announcements exceeds 20, we will offer dividend-related updates for companies in the Nifty Total Market Index along with a 7-day filter. The Nifty Total Market Index includes 750 stocks from large, mid, small, and microcap segments.

Full coverage for others: For Bonus, Rights, and Split actions, we will cover all shares listed on the NSE and BSE with a 7-day filter.

For IPOs: We will provide updates for all ongoing IPOs. The updates will include information such as IPO dates, amount needed for one lot, and a recommendation. The recommendation is based on the grey market. Please note that we are not liable for these recommendations. Investing in an IPO involves risks, and it is important to conduct your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decision.

Message Distribution: If the number of updates exceeds 10 stocks, we will send multiple messages, each covering up to 10 stocks. For example, if there are 20 stocks with dividend information, we will send 2 messages covering 10 stocks in each message. This approach ensures you receive comprehensive and prioritized information based on the type of corporate action, distributed across multiple messages as needed.
